Laminated boards will be loaded on image transferring process.
Through UV exposure process, the image will be transferred from artwork to the photo film.FPCB is manufacturing with negative film that the light passing area will leave on boards after developing process.
The area will be copper pattern area.
曝光：貼膜完成的裁料，上面的線路是使用影像轉移的方式，將工作底片上的線路型式用紫外線曝光方式，轉移到乾膜上。如此，在曝光完成的乾膜上就會留下線路型式。軟板的工作底片是以負片製作，透明區域就是線路及留銅部分。
